Day 4

I'm pretty much on my own today. Bryan had to go back to Fayetteville late last night to take a certification exam this morning. He is currently driving back to little rock right now. I got to hold Holden again this morning. It is absolutely wonderful. It takes about 15 minutes to get all his lines organized to get him into my lap... But so worth it. Im so appreciative of the nurses being so patient and helping me do it each time. It get to try to hold and feed him twice a day right now.
I spent the first three hours of the day just staring, bathing, changing, and holding him. I grabbed some lunch and have gone back again for more staring. He's a content baby until he needs a diaper change or someone decides to poke at him. Then he let's them hear it. I'm anxiously awaiting Monday's surgery. I'm nervous and exited about it at the same time. If you are a prayer warrior... Please spend some time on your knees Monday. He should be in the surgery room from 10:00 to 4-5pm that evening. I've never been one to ask openly for prayer to often, Now that I have a baby, I'd ask anyone to please pray for him. Thank you for your support. I really feel like so many people are praying for Holden and It makes me feel stronger.
Thank you
